The accomplished teen actress got interested in Country music back in 2000 when she attended an open audition and landed the part of “the little girl” in Faith Hill’s “The Way You Love Me” music video – forever igniting a desire in Jennette to one day have a Country hit of her own. She partially accomplished that goal when her independently released single “So Close”, co-written by Jennette, hit 16 on the iTunes Country Chart during its debut. Recently signed to Capitol Records Nashville (summer 2009) Jennette is now writing material for her official debut Country single and album release.
Jennette sites her musical influences as country artists and legends Dolly Parton, Faith Hill, Shania Twain, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Patsy Cline, Rascal Flats, and “Hall of Famers” The Eagles and Bob Dylan.
