Hey, my name is Jeremy. I like drums and stuff. I am 31 years old and have been playing drums for Steve Vai since 2002. I also play drums for Marty Friedman. In my career, I have played with Michael Schenker, Apartment 26, Circus Diablo, Stu Hamm, James Murphy, Dali's Dillemma, and a few other projects that required playing on Sunday nights at 12 am in an upstairs corner of a sports bar.
I have also got to record (I say record because I hate it when people say sessions; its so L.A.) on projects with Joe Satriani, Eric Gales,The B'Z(they are big in Japan!!!) and a few other bands. I recently made my vocal debut on Marty Friedman's new record. I also did all the drums as well. I like to exercise and drink lots of water, but I also love coffee and cigaretts. When I am not touring I enjoy working at the Magic Flute music store. I currently live in San Anslemo. I am a Christian but I seem to have a lot of anger with the right wing conservative religious right. I think hand guns and assult rifels should be outlawed and I am extremly opposed to the death penality. I like tattoos for no other reason that I think they look cool. Some might say my style is outdated, but I just think that whole emo beard core thing is lame. In my years of touring, I have been to Europe, Asia, South America, Russia, Australia, and tons of other places that I can't pronounce. I am a horrible speller which you can also tell. I got to do a drum clinic in Siberia. It was 10 degrees below 0. I love Northern California and would not want to live anywhere else except Hawaii. Since I quit drinking, an exciting friday night for me is eating red vines and chocolate and watching law and order. Thats about it.
