Adam with Red Letter Statement told me you'd be a good contact.
I run an organization in NY called LifePlace. We've recently partnered with the Salvation Army and have started something called the Matthew25Project. It's aimed at bringing awareness and support to Youth Homelessness.
Pretty staggering statistics but believe it or not 1 in 50 kids in the U.S. are Homeless. We really want to do something to help and so we've organized The Revolution Tour. The Revolution Tour will go across the country and each event will focus on raising money for the youth shelters in that specific area of the country. We are working with a few different management companies right now trying to get some bigger named artists on board with this great cause.
Adam told me about your connection with Tooth and Nail. We are trying to find some bands who would be willing to play on The Revolution Tour. We have come across alot of bands that are booked up so what some of the bands have offered to do for us is make a short video expressing their support of the cause. As of now we have 2 big benefit concerts organized. One on July 25th in Syracuse, NY and another on August 9th in Rochester, NY. We also have future plans for events in NYC, Florida and CA.
