Locke met James Two at the 1997 Midwest Comic Con. They argued over the price of a 1991 near mint condition (2nd edition) of Superman. Locke said that Bruce Wayne's true identity couldn't have held up over all these years while James merely said that Lois was pretty fly.
They've been friends ever since.
Fast forward to the early 2000s, where James and Locke shared stages all over the West Coast, playing for drink tickets and laughter in empty rooms. They knew no boundaries, except two mountain passes and two hundred miles: James calling the metropolis of Missoula, Montana home and Locke proud to represent the sprawling Spokane, Washington.
James lived with Locke in the summer of 2005, and they shared nary a laugh while James recorded the epic Shovel album, and drank many a PBR with Anjye. James moved out in the fall. However they would not be separated for long.
In the fall of 2008 James made the move back to the inland empire and the Jiggs were united once again. They stepped up to the plate, just like Pee Wee when he was on his big adventure, and starting wowing audiences with their live shows, 80's triva, and love of low grade midwest beer.
Jiggywatts are currently working on their debut album. It might be good. Real good.
Jiggywatts are also working on a mixtape. An 80's mixtape. It might be awesome.
If the Jiggywatts were a comic book, Locke would be running off to phone booths to hopefully not be shot at by Jack Bauer and James would be macking Lois Lane.
