JIMINY'S UNRELEASED SONG "SIDE OF CHANGE" LIVE:
Jiminy is six piece band whose main goals are to make you dance and sing. They are a party; there is no better description. A brilliant amalgamation of Funk, Soul, Hip-Hop and Rock that inevitably causes crowds to sing and dance. Dually fronted by singer/songwriter Chad Reynolds, and rapper/songwriter Mark Ejack (who is also on drums), Jiminy has crafted a sound that is unabashedly catchy and appealing, while being completely unique.
The blend of so many music styles into one product comes naturally for the band. Trumpet (Patrick Wood) and turntables (Turntable Terror-wrist) are perfect accompaniments to the songs held together so well by the bold and groovy basslines of Enver Hampton and the arresting jazzy guitar playing of Guitarist Andrew Dickson.
In just a year, Jiminy has had the privilege of playing numerous shows to much acclaim from fans, and have played with the likes of Current Swell, Hey Ocean!, DNA6, The Rebellion, The Sheepdogs, Mobadass, Instant Vintage, C'est Dangereux, and Small Town DJs.
The band, now consisting of the six good friends, offers an electrifying experience at live shows, has a faithful and growing fan base, and has just finished recording their first professional EP. They headed this venture on their own coin, and released "Bright Ideas" in august 2008.

Jiminy's "Bright Ideas" available here:
Hey guys saw you for the first time last weekend in Banff and thought you were awesome! So I think you should come down to Edmonton and play and also that you should really record the bran van 3000 and tracy chapman covers you played that night. or just sing them to me again. haha
Well it's about time you guys made it over to the coast. I can't wait to see you guys. I'll be there for sure. And you know I'll send it down the grape vine. Braves will pull a good crowd for you guys though. See ya soon. Scott
BTW: The Mighty Underdogs were SICK. I had a smile on my face the whole time and I expect that will be the case for your show as well. See you in a bit.
The new tracks sound great. I can't wait to get an EP. Unfortunately I am gone to Toronto by the time of your CD release. You guys should tour out east though.
