First things first...... get out of bed go down stairs and set your stove element(s) to around medium. Your first batch will be mutants if the pan(s) aren't smokin hot.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and then put them out of the reach of children.
In a large bowl, blend the dry ingredients thoroughly (flour, salt, sugar and baking powder).
Add the butter, milk and eggs to the dry ingredients and stir until the pancake batter is just blended, with no large lumps. (Please do not over stir)
Then as quick as you know how, add your desired amount of delicious blueberries. I caution you not to get greedy, too many berries can result in pancakes that seem kinda raw even though they are cooked. (too much moisture?) (idon'tknow)
let the batter stand for a couple minutes, (It should grow a little bit) if you are a smoker the lenght of a ciggerette is perfect, if you are a non smoker the lenght of time it takes for you to do fifty push ups should do the trick.
Pour spoonfuls of the pancake batter onto the hot surface. (fry pan) When bubbles rise in each pancake, it is usually time to flip it. Cook until golden brown.
use common sense,
