I woke up with a cold sweat today.
The rising in costs.
The food for the month.
The food for the mouth.
starvation is not an option
Credit card is not a requirement to eat.
Income taxes on food is not an option.
I'm trying to find the lowest basket.
Economics is a major factor on what we eat ?
My food choices on what I can eat.
The insufficient with no concern on what I can eat.
No members of the family should ever go hungry.
If you can just take some sugar from your body
Just to add sugar to somebody's Elsies
You have just lower your costs on what's to come.
Calories is just the lowest part of diet for the body.
Let your thousand percent be from your own hand.
Your solution will be applied to yourself.
We don't need your money.
The sandwich would be just fine.
Make yourself your own payroll then you shall see.
Uncle Sam. will not be able to touch you in every way.
Poor people is just a word they made for us
To be insufficient, we eat because we are people.
Just Remember who your soul belongs too,
And we will be Just Fine.

Strange day. After watching a documentary about streakers suffering from over exposure, I took a nap. It was a short one. I woke up a midget. At first I was freaking out, jumping around, trying to reach the wall phone. It tired me out. So I sat on a foot stool and placed my face in my hands wondering why this had happened to me. In the middle of self-pitying I started noticing how much fun it was to kick and swing my feet. I was smiling again, and found myself running through the house at full speed... wrestling with my now giant puppy. Oh, the joy! I hadn't had so much fun in years! We laughed and played and laughed until we both fell asleep exhausted on the living room floor. Then I woke up and ruined the whole damned thing.

So, how was your day?

It was, indeed, our pleasure 2 pay tribute 2 u on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 when we inducted u in2 our Jamaica Music Hall of Fame for 2009.

Below is, but, a short 'blurb' from ur citation:

"Hon. James Chambers (“Jimmy Cliff”), OM
Reggae icon Jimmy Cliff has earned the titles of musical innovator, singer, songwriter and actor over an illustrious career that began in 1962 when, at the age of 14, he boldly walked into Beverley’s Ice Cream Parlour (owned by record producer Leslie Kong) and sang his composition “Dearest Beverly” a capella. Even before his leading role in the Reggae classic film “The Harder They Come”, Jimmy Cliff had reached international stardom. His song, “You Can Get It If You Really Want”, has been used by the Olympic Games and featured in many major motion pictures; and his success in Latin America is credited with helping make Reggae popular in the Spanish-speaking world."
