Who I'd like to meet: about me:
As most of you know, I am 25 and I live with my awesome boyfriend of over 2 years and we are proud owners of an Amstaff! Bella is the sweetest, hard-headed, but sweet.
I graduated from NIU May '07 after 5 years of college (b/c I changed my major many-a-time). I got my BS in Geography with a GIS cerificate- if you want to know what that means just ask me.
I am the Document Management Specialist at DuPage Water Commission. What does that mean? Well, I get to communicate with the Document Management Consultant and our staff to be the "bulldog" (as my boss described it) on getting our files into an electronic format.
How does that go along with my major? Well, it does and doesn't. I am going to keep being part of the GIS staff (staff being my supervisor and I), but I am basically going to do what everyone else doesn't want to do. I am also on the IT committee and part of the Water Conservation Program that we are starting here. Talk about throwing me into something!
Anyways, it's a job, I already know the people, and it's great. Just too far away, maybe we will move closer next year.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We have found a house! Glendale Heights here we come. We move in around June 12th. Can't wait!!

oh that sounds good tho, im sure somehow he'll keep busy, lol. Um i am going to school to get my business degree, it'll only take me a yr and a half then im planning on going to beauty school after. yes, i still work at for eyes, but now i am going to be only working there on fridays, since ill be taking fast track business progam and i'll be crammed with work! but besides that everything else is pretty good.

yeah. me and my boyfriend lived out west when we got him and we had to move back home cause of some difficulties and my uncle told me no dog because there is a baby in the house! i was sooo sad i loved him soo much! thats awesome u have a great job and living with your bf. yeah im working at farmers insurance as a csr for auto ins! its good i love it! we should def get together some time! keep in touch!

I understand the boring job, i work for a township assessor's office in lake county(i'm at work right now too). which by the way in my opinion has a great GIS department. http://gis. lakeco. org/maps/ i use it all the time.

Yeah i'm getting married in May. October it will be 3 years we have been together. We've also know each other for 13 years. So like you she also knows my quite side. I've gotten a little better, but i'm still more of a one on one person.
i can kinda understand the job deal. Meaghan(my fiancee) and I are both looking for second jobs to help pay for the wedding.
