The Joe Cell is an open-source alternative energy cell that has proven to successfully run internal combustion engines using water as the medium. The cell is made of immersed concentric stainless steel cylinders. A positive electrical potental is connected to the outer cylinder and negative to the bottom of the most inner one. The other cylinders are the 'neutrals', held in place only with insulating spacers wedged between them. These neutral cylinders appear to be key in allowing the cell's energy to build and ultimately, work. There are many aspects of the cell
that do not fit into today's accepted physics theories, and the energy involved is often debated among cell builders themselves.
Most of the cell research (affectionately referred to as 'Cellery'), has been conducted in Australia, however, there has been a very receint success (April 2006) with the cell in the USA by Bill Williams. He was also apparently threatened by 'vested interests' soon after revealing his success, and suddenly stopped his research and posted his final posting to the group.
The good news is the suppression effort appears to have backfired, intensifying many reseacher's efforts and causing others to spread the Williams video/story all over the internet (this site being one), thus creating a huge wave of new interest of the cell.
All reading this are highly encouraged to continue this effort, and, if so inclined, experiment yourself.
