Human life is but politics


Thus, the common wish to keep out or even see politics being "abolished" leads to nothing but oneself's disempowerment. Vacuums created this way are regularly filled with influence of folks who never intend to allow transparency or even expose themselves to public - your and my - control. Closing eyes is stupid and destructive.

But once you experienced how easily you can exert considerable influence - as a member of a small group or even as individual -, you understand this is both something you never want to miss again, and a duty. Cause who on this oppressed planet is to dare enjoining you from demanding your damn democratic rights!

By the way, don't (verbally) bash all politicians in advance. Their job is to do improve your living conditions - and getting rid of them doesn't complete your orders. So, ..either.. there are realistic alternatives (with promising strategies, and assertive), as ideals must be aimed consistently, but idealistic words alone can't feed anyone, ..or.. you grit your teeth, vote for the lesser evil plus get involved to improve. Imagine you got only one indispensable set of repair tools even a crafts(wo)man you may call would need: you'd hardly throw that away because of some rust but wipe the rust off, polish & impregnate, and guard it jealously. Politicians are humans as you and me - many titanium, chrome aso., and a few are rust. Or - cause all life is politics - they're like family members, friends of friends, colleagues: many are ..., whereas a few ... got it?

Failing to meet your democratic minimum participation obligation is definitely worsening things, and not only for yourself - no lame excuses allowed.

Music - there's no life without.

Design, including architecture. Form follows function - crazy shapings or colors are allowed and welcome additionally. I.e. Philippe Starck is sort of a genius - but there are seats with merely a thick wire as backrest with half of the usual height. There's a Manhattan design hotel which has (had?) some of these in the lobby. Sure looks cool. But ... ever tried to sit on? For an hour while having a nice chat? Ouch! Form must follow function - not only, but in the first place. From (Starck's not kernel-catching ... spit, spit) lemon squeezer to transport system or city development projects.
