well he has a thousand stories that don't make sense but he has the ability to entertain and make an audience pay attention.
He hails from the punk scene in the Toronto burbs to come out as an acoustic artist with the careless views of the suburban youth. He's a latino so don't mess with him.
He's played with many local acts in Victoria including meatdraw, hearse, hey marmaduke and many others.
Joelgroove just came out with a solo album of songs that don't make sense but sound good. If you would like a copy he'll send you one for free (just pay for postage).
