Joe Moralez is a singer/songwriter from Dallas, Texas. When Joe was young he took piano lessons against his will. Terrified about the recitals he decided to quit in the 4th grade and learn the rest on his own. Since then, Joe has played by ear and has developed a creative drive that has allowed him to write songs at an early age performing them only to his family. Growing up allowed Joe's skills to develop and change giving him the opportunity to learn from other artists that were constantly in the CD player. Inspired by such artist as The Beatles, Radiohead, Sigur Ros, Rufus Wainwright, Alison Krauss, Ben Folds and many others, Joe as been able to shape his unique style from those inspirations. In Joe's short and still lengthening career performing on stage, he has played for such artists as Space Man Spiff, We Are Texas Lovers, Five Times August, Jeff Berry and Robbie Seay. Joe has also filled in playing keys and singing bgv's for Dave Barnes, Matt Wertz and Chris August. Joe is currently finishing up material for his upcoming e.p. "unexpected good news" due sometime this year! In the mean time you can catch him playing solo shows here and there as well as see him live with Brandon Heath. Stay tuned...

So much for wishing I had the new album...it looks like my Natalie Grant Relentless CD is going to be forever stuck in my CD player. It somehow managed to go back the other direction towards the front of the car in the player when I hit the Eject button. Such is life, I guess...

I know how it makes me feel: BLESSED! Oh my gosh! Blessed because I know you(ha ha) and because I know how influential that song and Brandon has been. Congratulations Joe!
