have you ever been in a lonely island full of creatures and nostalgic memories? thats what it sounds like
Borned in 1983 in the middle of the glam heavy metal ,extreme haircuts and leopard panties movement in a colorful town down in Mexico known for most people as the country of the chile, tamale and nopales, Javo (thats me) found its passion by playing guitar since 12 years trying to discover his own trademark and playing style inspired by Radiohead, Smashing pumpkins,Nirvana, Sigur Ros, The Cure and many others influential bands of the time, by the age of 17 he formed his first alternative rock band, Kavula remaining in the hard and nobody cares attitude of the Monterrey rock scene for 4 long years (thats a lot of time playing in this hole musically speaking)
At the age of 21 Javo (me again) left the band he formed to make his own musical discoveries and find new horizons in the strange art of improvisation and instrumental orchestration...nowadays he is part of a new dream pop project known as uvilov with this band he has reached new musical boundaries and self-discovery...and he will put together his solo project to be performed in special ocassions only, so we hope to see you sometime in the road soon..
