About me:
I'm hooked on cardio kickboxing and teach Saturday mornings at Westside Aerobics and Martial Arts (WAMA) in Santa Cruz. Done to a fast beat it will make you sweat - come on by for a class! Find details on our website at www.wama-club.com.
Wanting to do more networking around cardio kickboxing was the primary reason I set up this page.
My martial arts background is in
Limalama,
Sanshou
kickboxing, and Lameco Escrima.
I've also practiced yoga for a long time which influences my teaching. I started cardio kickboxing and martial arts at Kemposilama (now MinorSan) and Cung Le's, but now go to classes at WAMA ,
Studio 831.
and
Crossfit.
Otherwise, I'm an old goat, but active. I like to write and make websites. I like to sail. Check out the
