i went to brazil on january 22nd to train with Carlos Gracie Jr himself. i spend 4 weeks at Barra da Tijuca to improve my ground game and i trained in mma too and twice a day 6 days a week just like in a training camp. i learned tuns of things in Brazil and damn that was fun. i won my last fight by Ko at the bell center, the venue was full and peoples down there was crazy, i had so much fun. i can't wait to fight there again.

2007 been a busy year for me, i did 8 fights with only 2 loss. i did great in winning my last UFC fight on december 8. because of that win and my new manager i sign a new contract with the BIGGEST mma organisation in the world as the UFC. i sign a 4 fights deal with them and i'll try to be busy as i'm used to be but this time only with those guys who've been so good with me.
i'm telling you, 2008 is going to be my year.

My biggest interests right now is to win my next fights but for that i need sponsors just to being able to train in full time, i need to train twice a day and 5 days a week and most of the time 6 days a week. I'll give all what i have in this training and i'll win this fight. i want to be a champ and i'll be a champion. Not only a world welterweight champion but your CHAMPION. I'll put pressures on my opponents and you are going to be proud to see your name on TV, on the web, at the venue and especially on my t-shirt and shorts, i didn't mention my hairs but if you want everything is possible.
Having new fighting contracts and having fun. I think we have only 1 life and we deserve to be happy. I don't have times to lose to be sad or mad.

I love almost everything, it's depending on the context. when i train i listen alternative song, when i practice my foot step on the dance floor in a night club i love to listen hip hop and R&B music.

When i'm going to the theater i like to watch movies with tons of actions and special effects. If i'm alone at home i'm going to watch the action one too but i can also watch other kind like comedy, horror and drama but on my couch i prefer to laugh.
i love to laugh but i like to watch ..ary movies and this one what else to say except we have to do something before it's going to be to late.

The transformers mark my life when i was a kid and i just went to the theater to watch that damn great movie. Wow all the special effects, the actions, the cars and the girl in that movie are so great.

damn somebody stole my PSP. i was playing with mine so many times. i was able to surf on the web, play video games, listen music, watch movies and look my pictures. after my last flight i had no choice to buy another one. i flew during 5 hours without TV and batteries in my cell phone. that was my worst flight ever. So my PSP is really useful.

About me hmmmm. first of all i have a little daughter she have 9 years old and she's the women of my life.....................
I train in BJJ since 20 years old, after the day i met my coach Steve Claveau, all my life have changed. i've never practiced any sports in my life before this day.
At this time i've never thought that's going to be my work. I start this sport only because some guys beat me in the bar where i was working.
i've start to fight for some ammator events and step after step i fought for some bigger organizations like TKO( www.tkomma.tv ) i fought in Hawaii for the superbrawl event, in davenport for the Extrem challenge 49 and now i'm in the UFC ( www.ufc.com )................
Now i don't know what is my ranking but (i knock on wood) i will be in the top 10 of the welterweight mma ranking and this goal is for the end of the year.
Fighting for the UFC was one of my biggest dreams and i have a feet in this. I have more dreams but it's another step. In 2008 i'm going to work on another dream and this one is to be an actor. I'm going to work to be an actor in Quebec, Canada for now because my english is not perfect and i want to start slowly.
