Here is something you can use to release pain. You can sit or lay down; it doesn't matter where your physical body is as long as you are as comfortable as you can be with a migraine headache. Visualize a crystal pyramid on the fifth dimension. This is the ancient Lemurian Healing Pyramid. Archangel Michael has also given us a healing pyramid and they look the same in my minds eye. It must be on the fifth dimension in your mind. It might help you visualize by saying,” I am going to the crystal healing pyramid on the fifth dimension." In this pyramid you will find crystal chairs along the wall and a healing table in the center. At the end of the table is another crystal chair. See this room with as much beauty as you can imagine. I visualize the four goddesses, Isis, Mariah, Pele and Gaia in the 4 corners. They represent Water, Wind, Fire and Earth. You do not need to tell them which corner to take. They know. They are called to hold the healing energy and carry away your pain. Place your self face down on the table and relax. Breath deep, in through your nose and out through your mouth a few times. Ask the ancient healers to come to remove your pains. Tall beautiful light beings will surround you. One will step forward. Feel her hands on your head. Feel the pain being unscrewed as she moves her fingers in a counter clockwise motion and removes the pain. You may hear her speak as she sends love into the painful energy and releases it to the goddesses to transmute into loving energy. She will fill the space with universal love and light. It is not good to leave a hole where negative energy can come back into. You will see this in your minds eye through your higher self who is an observer in the chair at the end of the table. While you are there it is a good idea to ask Archangel Michael to come and cut any negative cords that have attached to you and might be causing the pain. I ask him to cut any negative cords every night before I sleep. Relax and be pain free. I hold you in the Creator's Healing Light
