.. ...... ....Im not a big fan of third person.. but here ya go! ..Starting his music career as a young teen, Josh immediately found himself drawn to the bass guitar. He gained professional music experience over the years touring with PAX217, which was signed to Forefront Records, and worked with producers Howard Benson [All American Rejects] and Philip Steir [Third Eye Blind]. After five years of touring around the world, he settled into song writing at the age of 22. He quickly took his songwriting to the next level, working closely with producer Philip Steir, to create several original works and cues for television and film. The most popular of these being a cover of The Romantics tune “What I Like About You”, a song used in such movies as “Freaky Friday”, “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen” and “13 Going on 30”, to name a few. His original music can be heard on the WB’s hit series “What I Like About You” and also as the theme song on the show’s DVD. In 2007 Josh began his relationship with Fifth Floor Music [a divison of ABC/Disney] and has achieved notable recognition and success from both the Fifth Floor team and music supervisors alike.
