sometimes its specific music. and other times its broad thoughts. but less and less it is about fleeting smaller ideas and struggling to be larger statements. i really like the way that robots look, but not so much the rest of them.

It's that time again - moving back to the Cities. I'm gonna go ahead and give you and Sasha a month or so to transition yourselves into the guest room, properly appoint the main bedroom for me (here's a hint: if the thread count is under 400 I get very cranky) and generally prepare for my arrival. Lately I have taken a minimalist view of furnishings so most of the common area furniture will need to be thrown out and replaced by some yoga mats, a fountain, and maybe a medium-sized potted plant. If you guys insist on dirtying up the place by eating at home I have to ask that you keep all that to the bedroom. Also, my recent religious conversion forbids me from sleeping under the same roof with a woman during the unclean days of the month, so arrangements should be made in that regard as well.
So start fasting in preparation for my arrival! I should be back in town in time to sit in with that little noodling jazz combo you play with (I recently picked up the violin. ) See you soon!
