I am a guitarist singer songwriter and have just finished recording my first full album, Small Town Eyes, produced by Cesar Gimeno Lavin.
It's official release date is scheduled for Jan 11 2010, but I have released a limited edition which will be shipping on Dec 1st 2009. The Ltd edition comes with a DVD which includes clips of the making of the album and general silliness. There will only be 2009 copies available, each one numbered and signed.
I am keeping a Album Blog, so if you like the vibes and want to follow the progress and are interested in the process of making an album then come check out MY BLOG at http://justinguitar.blogspot.com . Once the album is finished I will be doing some TAB's and lessons for the guitar based tunes.
Many years back I created a web site where you can learn guitar for free - most likely that is how you found this page!! I try and add new lessons whenever I get free time - usually it's donation dependent. When people donate it allows me to take time off my regular work to make new lessons. You can make donations via the web site (as you probably know!).
I hope you like listening to these demo's - please join the mailing list on my teaching web site (www.justinguitar.com) if you want to stay in touch with what is going on for me... I'm planning to do some gigs around UK, Europe and the US early in 2010.
Thanks for visiting. :)
Wishing you all love, peace and happiness.
p.s - this is not the place to ask guitar questions or make requests - please use the web site forum for that!
I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)
heyy justin-u are a really sick teacher-i seriously suck at guitar and can not learn the notes like a,g,f,d and so on. i have to watch the positioning of your fingers.haha-im so lame but u aren't! YOU ARE LEGEND!
i saw your new album and it looks like u are well and truly kicking it. i swear i thought i would never be able to play more than one string on the guitar and now it's a miracle. although it was an easy song to play, save tonight was my favourite song and i was wondering if you could maybe one day put in some jack johnson tunes or xavier rudd. it would be totally sweet-thanks justin xx keep up the ninja stuffff
Ive had people sit down and teach different things to me but your vids are complete and thgorough, but more importantly CORRECT I gained the most respect 4 you when you said you werent exactly sure about those few notes in the comfortably numb solo. I stumbled across your vids on youtube trying to find a good comfortably numb solo (2nd 1) and here I am a few months older, Ive got that down, some scales that I should have learned long ago Thanks to you (btw if you guys out there are reading this you can search guitar backing track on you tube there are a couple that already have the guitar parts removed) search any song thats fairly well known and you can jam right along w/ it, so between Justins vids and all these backing tracks, who needs a band? some halfway decent computer speakers and a 15watt amp, maybe a cheapo effects pedal (I use an rp 80 suits me fine but Korg makes some way better ones) needless to say I spend LOTS of time on the computer now. I think they should have a Guitar Hero game you would plug a real guitar into, I wouldnt be so opposed to that game .... they could call it justinguitar hero!! Btw GOOD LUCK Justin you are truly a guitar profit and I have yet to find a lesson (live or on vid) that compares w/ your stuff, you have effected and touched many people and I want to thank you sincerely. Happy Holidays!
Just want to say thanks for adding me and keep up the excellent work. Your lessons have helped a lot along the way with my transition from drummer to guitarist.
hey man your awesome. you make the songs seem like nothing in your lessons. by the way i was wondering if you could fix the error with st-319 video 3 on youtube.
People came to know justin because they wanted to learn guitar but for me I came to know guitar because of justin. I owe a lot to him. He is my only guitar guru, Heeee is the best of the best's
Justin, man u really gotta get those lessons about different modes going man, I have never been more interested to learn them and I have the feeling a lot off other people in the forums are too.
New tunes sound great! I'll be getting my copy fo shizzle!
I've been taking your lessons off and on for about a year now it has done wonders for my playing. I'm a singer living in Texas and with your help my wife will be able to quit her teaching job and work on her graduate degree full time. This is because I can play my gigs solo acoustic now and don't have to split the pay with anyone. Our family is on the path of doing more and more of what we are meant to do. AND YOU HELPED!!!
thanks for adding! Your website is simply amazing and I learn alot from it. Especially the importance to transcribe. I've just started transcribing but it already feels great when I manage to learn to play a song on my own. I'm really looking forward to a more advanced video lesson about transcribing solo stuff etc.
Your new songs sound great, especially "Page 99" and I will try to get your album! Will it also be available for me here in Germany?
Thanks again and keep on doing that awsome teaching lessons...

hello justin? How are you doing? Just wanted to thank you for the great lessons. Maybe in a few days I post in your site's forum a vid of me playing Confortably Numb, which I learn't at your site :D
