The Good Lord, then music, first and foremost. Truly one of God's greatest gifts. I began playing the piano at the age of 5, saxophone at around 9, guitar at 13, and the most misunderstood, most underappreciated greatest instrument in the world, bass at the ripe old age of 15, with which I fell in love. I picked up quite a few others allong the way: sitar, banjo, mandolin, drums, percussion, anything with strings, etc.
I absolutely love to play golf, I have since I was about 10. People think it's an old man's game, and that it's boring. But there's just something about clearing your mind and being so focused on something. Playing during the fall is the best. The air is cool, the leaves are changing color.
I also studied art and design for many years, that will always stay pretty high on the totem pole with me. I love to draw, paint, sculpt, etc.
The following are links to places I visit because they are either entertaining or informative...so go to them all! Do it NOW!!! Or not, whatever.

Yeah, that's right; I'm an html whiz. Mwahaha! This is not an advertisement for these sites. They are just places I visit for info or to make me feel all warm and fuzzy.
Music
Primus, The Beatles, Beck, Tom Waits, Cake, Sausage, Dr. Octagon, Les Claypool and Holy Mackerel, Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains, Medeski Martin & Wood, Jimmie's Chicken Shack, Tom Petty, Soundgarden, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Beastie Boys, jazz, The Presidents of the United States of America, Rush, The Doors, Nirvana, early Chili Peppers (i.e. One Hot Minute and previous), Alice In Chains, 2 Skinnee Js, Helmet, Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, NIN, anything by Andy or myself or a combination of the two, Pantera, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Johnny Cash, too many to list...
Movies
Super Troopers is definitely one of my favorites. If you've never seen it, please do so immediately! You'll be thanking me later, and you will bake me a lasagna for enlightening you concerning the comical genius of the Broken Lizard team.
Hmmm...Half Baked, Anchorman, UHF, the original Star Wars Trilogy, The Big Lebowski...man, too many.
Television
I try not to watch a lot of TV. That doesn't mean that I don't watch a lot of TV, I just TRY not to. Things I would watch if they were on are (in no particular order): Simpsons, Three Stooges, Chappelle's Show, The Office (U.S.), Cardinals baseball, Dirty Jobs, Mythbusters, Conan O'Brien, Aqua Teen, Sealab 2021, The Brak Show, Home Movies, Ren & Stimpy, Tim & Eric Awesome Show Great Job!, Seinfeld, Futurama, Arrested Development was great (another genius, underappreciated show cancelled), Old Cartoons: Warner Bros., Hanna Barbera, Tex Avery, Mel Blanc. 80s cartoons: He-Man, Transformers, M.A.S.K., G.I. Joe, etc. Even though they haven't shown these on TV for roughly 15 years, I still listed them here. A more accurate heading would be: "Things I would watch if they were ever actually broadcast on television".
Books
Having perused all of the requisite novels in high school and college, I can safely say that I've only read two books that really stuck with me. Where the Wild Things Are and the Bible.
I checked out that first one from the school library like 4 billion times between 1st and 3rd grade. Yeah, I know, not much reading involved with the first one. But, the illustrations in that thing were unlike anything I've ever seen; dark, earthy, familiar...beautiful. That's what really struck me about that book. Good story, too. What can I say, I don't like to sit down and read. I'd rather be a little more active.

About me: How about I just list some things that I like. Will that work for ya there buddy? Playing and listening to music, the good Lord, golf, my dog, fall weather, fishing, cooking, my family, friends, drawing, bike rides, working on one of my vehicles and breaking something in the process of fixing something, handlebar moustaches, robots, inventing new words, flagachamp, bowling, pool (the kind with the table, not the kind with the water...although that one is ok too), coffee in the morning, a thick porterhouse, top hats...ok, that's enough.
Who I'd like to meet:
All right, this one's easy. Les Claypool and Jesus of Nazareth.
Wait...do they mean meet on MySpace? Well that's a different thing all together. I doubt that Jesus frequents this site. Ok, if the latter is the case...People with original, ridiculous, funny, interesting things to say, people with dumb things to say, people with nothing to say, people who speak in binary code, people who can detect occasional sarcasm.
on that previous comment, i thought by "commenting back" on the pic comment you left that i would actually comment back ON that pic comment. myspace is just arrrr-tarded sometimes. a lot of times. quite much of the time.
