I also watch F1 religiously although keep falling asleep during races and missing most of it (think I am hypnotised by the sound of the engines).
Try to go swimming when I can to keep fit.
Bit of a gamer, not so much as I used to be as I think gaming has started to lose it's focus. More gameplay less graphics please.

I have recently moved to Nottingham and play at Dusk Till Dawn a few nights a week as well as going out drinking, seeing bands and causing mayhem.
