A highly coveted sideman, singer/songwriter Kasim Sulton is recognized and respected the world over for his work with other artists, including Todd Rundgren and Utopia, Meat Loaf, Joan Jett, Hall and Oates, Patti Smith, Patty Smyth, Mick Jagger, and Celine Dion to name just a few. His level of involvement has ranged from playing bass, keyboards, and/or guitar, to adding vocal harmonies, singing lead, and contributing as a songwriter, to producing entire albums, as he did with the Meat Loaf VH-1 Storytellers CD, released in 1999. There isn't much he hasn't done in his 31 years in the music industry.
In 2007, Kasim found himself touring with Meat Loaf to promote Bat out of Hell III, The New Cars, Todd Rundgren and still finding time to promote his own solo career. 2008 will be just as busy, so keep your eyes and ears out for a show or appearance near you!

Kasim, Its an honor to be your friend. even if just on myspace. Saw you several times with Utopia the last in 82' in Dallas. its rare to find a package player like you, bass, guitar, front and back vocals. you are class and its been a privelege to follow your career. The new stuff sounds great. Keep truckin Dave
i just wanted to thank you for answering that rhetorical set of questions so well~ and thoroughly~ i have now an additional thought to say at the end of every night light~ in addition to what i normally say~
and i posted the infamous by now show ~ may 3rd~ in my blog along with cozy's interview~ and tried to post both on the night light other page but for some reason~ cozy's show sounded like it was a 78 as opposed to 33 & 1/3~ and so you know as amusing as that sounded~ who was simon ~ who was alvin or theodore~ i didn't leave it posted~ i wish it would have worked right~ but it woundn't~ thanks again so much for being on the night light~
It was a real pleasure to listen to your interviews on the Belgian radio yesterday. You proved once more that, not only are you a talented singer and musician, but also, a smart and nice man. Your answers were both relevant and informative, not to mention your subtle sense of humour. Thanks a lot for having given some of your time to your audience. Friendly yours
