They play roof-raising, rump-shaking rap music, with video game bleeps, hardcore rave breakdowns, grimey riddims, supersonic breakbeats, obese basslines, anthemic choruses, a goofy sense of humour and an endless supply of manic energy. Ritalin-rave-rap! You'll know them by the trail of streamers, confetti, balloons and party vibes. .... It all began in a Brunswick bedroom late one night in the decadent summer of 2006/07, when electro-pop veteran Talkshow Boy invited Cathead LaQuack to spit a rhyme on one of his beats. As summer went on, the mic was passed again and again to whoever happened to be in the neighbourhood. Before they knew it, a rap clan was born and a debut LP was complete. In 2008 their spectacular shows began to blow the roofs off Melbourne's pubs and warehouses, and in 2009 they played a residency at the Evelyn, attracting mass media attention and hundreds of punters with their series of themed costume parties. ....In 2009 Keith! Party appeared in the film 'Oh Uh Siobhan' and their first video 'Cheetah Style'. They also received a Victoria Rocks Career Building Grant from Arts Victoria and began recording their second album 'Roof Raisers'. This soon-to-be-released album features 19 performers, and was mastered by Big Dada's Wayne Lotek (Speech Debelle, Roots Manuva). The release will be accompanied by Keith!     just got home, smashed n' all, flipped on Rage and was blown away by your beats and rhymes, music is fucking awesome - stoked to further discover y'all are Melbourne lads - might have to drag my girlfriend and some of my band mates down to see you guys when you play next (ps how'd you score a gig at Penny Black, I want our band to play there ..)
    Liked all three songs on the profile too btw; best things I've heard since I fell in love with the Dirty Projectors last year (totally different thang I know, but some shit just grabs ya, y'know ?)
