This Is The Sound is "One of the 5 hottest tracks in the world right now" - Pete Tong
Marine Parade press release :
We are pleased to announce that New York female DJ sensation K-Swing will be releasing the next record on Marine Parade. Listen to her brilliant debut new track, co-produced with our very own BEBER. The B-side is a massive Electro remix from Adam Freeland & Sebi Spanks.

"Deep, Luscious Breaks"
This is the Sound
K-Swing & Beber
Marine Parade Records
Dripping in succulent tribal funk, K-Swing & Beber's, This is the Sound, out on Marine Parade Records, infuses deep breaks with a luscious, modern twist. Brilliantly produced, this sexy concoction of monstrous beats and dark, full-bodied sweetness has become an Annie Nightingale favorite, and "one of the top 5 hottest tracks in the world," according to Pete Tong. The original mix melds together the feel of a late-90's Massive with insane swirls of atmospheric juice and saucy bass. The result is a perfect peak track with huge crossover appeal. The Adam Freeland remix translates the original into a sexier, downright dirtier rendition. Definitely for the sassier headz in the house, the remix emphasizes a minimalist techno template, phatter basslines and freakier breaks. Both versions are proper genius; saturated with divine textures, and sure to take ya to the next level.

"Together they create a lush piece of club music which takes on the Marine Parade sound... Great 12."

"One of the 5 hottest tracks in the world right now" - Pete Tong's 'In New Music We Trust'
"...a lush slice of atmospheric breakbeat that should work well for the deeper headz among us. There's a real tribal feel to this, and I can't help but think about that cosmic breaks booty of Smashing Pumpkins' 1969 whenever I hear this. And this sublime sonic delight is paired with a choppy, hoppy re-rub from Adam Freeland who takes a stompy, Digitalism-style approach. Damn fine to say the least."
