BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Kevin Wright (Later Kevin Brian Wright) was born November 3rd, of English and Scottish extraction. He possesses a rare and classic form of romantic poetry and is an extraordinary talent, --He entered the language as a literary phenomenon before the poetry and writing community, his fans and industry professionals. He is a multiple award winning poet, credited over 45 honors for his works, captivated by both his old world style of poetry, good looks and magnetic personality. The growth of his poetry was responsible for his rise into the literary world and placed him in the same circle of the greatest English romantics, such as Lord Byron, John Keats, Percy Shelley and William Blake. His celebrity, fans, peers and media have realized that beyond his pen there still remains a simple man, a dreamer, who always had a great love for writing poetry and an appreciation for the literary arts. Wright began composing original works at the age of nine years old, and was educated in a private school. He had no formal training in writing, and mastered the art and science of poetry by the time he was fourteen. Wright's first published collection titled, “Bid Me Love.” was highly praised for its romantic currents. and brought him fame as a romantic poet hero. He had a predominately female following due to his in depth passionate views. However, the romantic symbolic complexity found in Wright’s poems has been deemed the greatest aspect of romance because of it’s flawless language.

In 2006 Wright published the book, “Theological Immortal Romance” which received outstanding reviews from William McDonald from The American Authors Association, who explains; “Wright is a romantic in the best sense of that word. He then followed with “The Love Divine” in 2007 which was said to redefine the romantic genre forever. In the same year he released “A Lover’s Passion” A book which included thirty romantic canto’s and some of the most celebrated love letters. His Poetry has been quoted in various publications, along side the great classics, Lord Byron, John Keats, Percy Shelley, Edgar Allen Poe, Robert Frost, etc.

In 2008 he wrote a poem upon request for Queen Elizabeth II titled “O’ Blessed Nightingale.” which is now being displayed as her Majesties personal Keepsake in Balmoral Castle. 2009 Wright continues writing and publishing a brilliant body of work and is in the process of publishing his 4th book, "Memoirs of a Romantic Poet"
