It’s such a rare & incredible reaction for me to have. Music always comes first for me, but the lyrics to Chill were such a powerful piece here. “Are you feeling empty….” – and your calming words proceeded to remind me why I make music in the first place. Not because I just want commercial success. Because it’s the love of my life. I won’t insist my interpretation is correct – I just wanted to say thank you. For bringing that kind of emotion out of me. That’s the highest thing I could hope for in music.
