hey ginge. totally saw brand new last night and it just isn't the same if the show doesn't start off with your amazing energy! i've been so spoiled by the kdev/jlace fantastic duo.
but in any case, i've been listening to put your ghosts to rest an awful lot lately and just wanted to tell you how amazing i'm finding it right now and how much i'm relating to it at this point in my life. <3333
Hey! me and my buddy saw you open for the Get Up Kids in DC on Tuesday. it was so excellent. Neither of us were familiar with your music, but we were both blown away. you did an excellent job.
Interesting show on Sunday. Despite all of the mishaps and whatnot, I must say that that performance of "Brother's Blood" definitely falls in my top 3 NY performances...
Amazinging show last night in woostaa! Too bad it had to be a shorter set, but look forward to seeing you again soon, hopefully at TT's. there's nothing like seeing you play there.
Yay! You're coming back to Pittsburgh and not playing at Garfield Artworks! Manny Thiener is a piece of shit...Anyways excitted to see you coming back to my home town, i'll be sure to continue my tradition of bringing a few friends who aren't familiar with your music yet, i can't wait!
"DJ Monkey …soul-stirring, excitingly edgy music…just disturbing (read ‘mind-f**king’) enough to demand attention. There is a whole spice rack of auditory flavors here, served up like fractured poetry on a collection of intensely listenable Hallmark cards from Hell." Bill Margold, Cinema Seen, L.A. X..Press
Hello Kevin Devine, Whenever I listen to your music. I feel like singing too. But your talent is unmatched. How much time you spend to rehearse per day Kevin Devine? Love ya. Jane PS:Follow Me Twitter at http://twitter.com/iaent
So I was wondering, when you come back to San Diego.. Maybe you can do that thing again where everyone can email you what songs to play at your set and then you pick the most popular? I already have a mental list and I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty good. That would be amazing.
