I get influences from a great variety of places and sounds and types of music it's hard to define the source of influence and inspiration but the groups and rappers I've mentioned above are some of my favorites and greatest inspiration sources.

Biography
MC KiKo was born in Sweden, on June 28: th 1983. He lived with his mother for a year and half, before her drug-problems got the best of her. He was then taken in by his grandparents who raised him as their own. He was brought up and still lives in the Stockholm suburb Haninge.
He started to listen to rap quite early and used to memorize the lyrics from other artists. But the first element that he started to use frequently was graffiti. In the 8:th grade he started to write lyrics and in the ninth grade he performed for the first time in his school. He went on to record some tracks in youth centers and some at home and in the schools music room.
Besides rappin he also sings, beatboxes, freestyles and produce beats. He raps and sings in both Swedish and English.
He’s recorded an album and a couple of mixtape’s in the 4elements-studio in Farstas Youthcenter “Tuben”, where he also teaches rap and HipHop to Stockholms youth.
The 4 Element HipHop Center is a development and a kind of “branch” of the Modern Soul Academy (MSA) that is run by Tim Weedon. KiKo started working for MSA in the end of 2005 with Tim himself, but also with the super-producers Lajo Mounkassa and Arild Oderman. He’s been workin there ever since. When Tim went to England to study and Lajo had to concentrate on his company (Inner Peace) then KiKo and his main producer Arild had to step up and take over. They did just that and kept the MSA-legacy going. But as the dynamics changed so did the name. Now the name changed into “4 Elements HipHop Center”.
This dynamic duo kept it rollin and did it nicely until last christmas (2007) when Arild dissapeared. Nobody has heard from him since. If you have any info about his where-abouts then mail: kiko@4elements.se
This lead to KiKo takin over the courses more or less on his own. He’s now the main rap-teacher backed up by Vlada aka Mr V from the old Swedish rap-group “Sveas Hetta”.
When Vlada had to much work to do he left the torch back to Lajo Mounkassa who came in to complete the circle, and KiKo and Lajo are now working hard to make the 4 Elements HipHop center grow. More info: www.4elements.se
In 2006 he took part in the international music project “The Roots and Routes Experience” in Cologne (GER). There he hooked up with alot of talented rappers, singers, dancers and media-youth… and together they made alot of tracks and videos and documenturys. The grand finally was the final-show at the 26:th SUMMER JAM (Europes largest reggae-festival) in front of more than 5000 people.
In 2008 he ones again took part in “The Roots and Routes Experience”. It was just outside of Cologne in a small town called Remscheid. This time even more youths from more countries were involved. Over 100 youths from 10 countries participated in this project. Singers, Rappers, Dancers, Graffers and Media-people all came together to form a spectacular show. This show was then performed in Club COBRA in Solingen and the Final performance was in the renound Club GLORIA in Central Cologne. The Club was packed and the show went great.
In both 2007 and in 2008 MC KiKo arranged a rap-battle contest called “Fight Night Sweden” which gained alot of attention and have become a reoccurring event. The next step is the Fight Night Tour Stockholm that's in progress right now!! Be on tha look out for FIGHT NIGHT SWEDEN!!
In early 2008 MC KiKo released a mixtape called “Serious As Kancer Vol. 1”.
Serious As Kancer is also the name of his up n comin label (Serious As Kancer Records - SAK-R). Be on the look-out!
He’s currently working on a mixtape-album (SAK Vol. 2) together with his bois in SAK-Rekords. (Steve Jones, Fresh, Samboy and Nivolitas)
But he’s also working on a couple of other things, like his Solo-album "the da vinci of hiphop".
