Kireina was born in Madrid, Spain, 28 years ago in a family of scientists and musicians. Since she was a small girl she was educated in music, science and the arts. She always wanted to become a singer. She started singing when she started talking. She studied music languaje, piano, guitar and took singing lessons when she was 14. She has taken vocal lessons from famous singers like Esperanza Abad in Madrid or Kate Hart in Detroit.
She formed her first music band at school, where she went out singing on a stage for the first time. Kireina went to college and started to study Architecture, but after 3 years she decided to spend all her time in her 2 passions: singing and graphic designing. Kireina was part of some very important music bands in Madrid and she has performed in many cafes and concerts as a solo artist and with group becoming ever more popular. After getting in touch with Livewire Music and Mark Nilan she spent some months in Detroit recording her first album.
And now it starts!
DARE TO BE is Kireina's first album. She has colaborated with musicians and artists like Matt Bissonette, Mark Nilan, Gregg Bissonette, Nadir, Mark Nilan Jr., Rem Lambert and she has also made a special cover for Chick Corea. A mix of sounds, textures and cultures that fills the world of music right with what it needs.
After winning the "Track of the Week" on Fame Games in editions 124, 125 and 126 for 3 week in a row, Kireina has won the "Track of the Month" at the 127 edition of Fame Games by Meer Music with the song 'Can't Walk Over Me' that joins now the regular rotation list on Fame Games.

When i first decided that i would create a myspace page..on Dec 15 2008 my management , friends and advisors ...warned me not to use any information regarding Michael Jackson.. they said for me stay clear of him because of the negative press that was surrounding him... it was said that no one will accept me if i mention that he's my idol and no one will like the song Dear Michael Jackson because Michael is not popular any more. It was said that people will not like me at all if i took that route..It was put to me like this... you have to think of your career.. because this will surely hurt you. I thought about it for a day and said to them i don't give a dam what people think. I'am going to be a fan of michael before i become an artist... because if i dont i would be lieing....i told them if people dont like me because of who i love then what are they to me.... I have to be myself no matter what it may cost me.. But at the same time show them that i'am orginal..... the very songs that i wrote for Michael they said will hurt me did just the opposite... people loved them.... and my song Liberian Girl Remix... Friends was coming so fast it was crazy..... You see follow your heart and god will be close by.... Little did i know that the very song i wrote for Michael ....would turn out to be a blessing for those who loved him like i did.... a song i wrote for michael ,,
