João Apell (AKA audialize) , born in Portugal on the 5th of july, 1981.
At the age of six, with a Casio keyboard in his hands, he played along to J. M. Jarre’s “Rendez vous in Outer Space” dreaming about the round flashing keyboards from the videoclip, maybe as a glimpse into what his future would hold.
From then on his interest in music technology continued to increase and as soon as João found the computer and synthesizer to be the ultimate creation tool, he started to express himself through music.
Soon after that he decided to take an audio engeneering course to refine his skills and started a professional carreer in the music industry.
Born in Portugal on the 30th of mach 1982, Francisco Almeida soon started experiencing with sounds, building and taking apart amps, turntables and recorders, revealing an early interest in music technology.
At the time, the only way he had to get his hands on electronic music was to stay up late and record radio programs on tape that he listened to over and over again.
When the time came to choose a professional carreer path, audio came as the obvious choice and after taking an audio engenering course he started making his way towards music production.
These two guys came from diferent musical backgrounds ;
João Apell from the psytrance scene and Francisco Almeida with more progressive/house influences, met in the audio engeneering course and in 2006 formed the dynamic duo in the electro scene, conquering a space in the new sound movement.
KOMPULSE brings these two influences together in a new way, and through their powerfull live performances they give a new fresh energy to the dancefloor.

"Fast Food Music" signals the editorial debut of Electronic Animal, the experimental alter ego of dance-oriented electronic producer Peter Pan.
Combining a wide set of influences, ranging from minimal techno to IDM, with inclinations to psychadelic or chill sounds, Electronic Animal has found in fast food restaurants a source of inspiration.
This set of tracks portray a mechanical society, unchangeable, made of vices and routines, in which perception of the "why" surrounding it is loosing the ground under the imperatives of immediate and disposable consumption." João Nunes
