The Prefab Messiahs' Devolver anthology has just been released by the great all-digital reissues label Anthology Recordings. other fine "obscure" artists who've been reissued by Anthology include The Monks, Simply Saucer, R.Stevie Moore, The Red Crayola, Half Japanese, D.R. Hooker, Destroy All Monsters, Young Marble Giants, Merrell Fankhauser, The Factory, Faine Jade, Fifty Foot Hose, and Ya Ho Wha 13.

on April 24, 2009, The Lothars played the Megapolis Festival, a "weekend-long celebration of the craft of DIY audio creation". the fest took place in various sites around Cambridge MA.
i did some synth/theremin/sruti-box/casiotone on 7 of the 15 tracks of Hidden Hills, the new album by Old Furnace -- a project headed up by Matt Brown of Full Grown Spiders. you can check out the album on Last.fm.
i assisted in the production of legal reissues of Bobb Trimble's two original early-80s LPs (with 3 bonus tracks ea., mmm). they're out now! on Secretly Canadian Records -- you can read about them and order them here!
