Any movie that has questionable behavior and little or no socially redeeming qualities.
Music
Usually the cheap disco music associated with 70's horror or the Theremin stuff from 50's science fiction.
Movies
The list of screeners is a long one, but you can see some of what we're watching at Lost Video Archive.
Genrebusters has reviews of some of our previous films, and suggestions for your home grindhouse. Get some.
Kung Fu Grindhouse, is guerilla splatter cinema. A monkey made of iron obsessed with preserving a fragment of the ridiculous past, and sharing it with our friends. From a pile of rescued film trash, the most delectable morsels are resurected and screened for FREE back-to-back on the big screen at the Sunset Tavern in Ballard.
This July 20th we're bringing you some classic grindhouse cinema! First, a Texan gorror original flickThe Abomination at 7pm,followed by full auto Nemesis at 8:30, and finally brutal Thai action in Chocolate Mmmmm, can't wait. See you July 20th at The Sunset.
We'd like to start showing films by local filmmakers at our shows, so if you have something or know someone who does get in touch!
You must have a sense of humor and be 21 or over. There is NO cover charge. Because of the nature of our show, we generally can't approve friend requests from people who aren't over 21 or local. Sorry, but thanks for supporting us!
Thanks, Sifu Seth

I have to admit that I have yet to see Five Fingers of Death.
Last night's movie reminded me of another semi-similar 80's film, "The Brain". If it hasn't been shown before, it is a must: mind control murders, a giant man-eating brain, and triangle wipes galore.
Betcha didn't know we were already myspace friends! i hope my hovercraft invasion didn't cramp your kitchen ninja style. thanks for putting up with me :)
