Here's the short. Richard Kush Griffith is a legend - trumpeter and arranger for James Brown, Parliament / Funkadelic, and his own P-Funk spin off group, the Horny Horns, and work at Motown as the house band, "Bottom and Company" - and he's an integral part of Bootsy's Rubber Band, the J.B.'s, and band leader for P-Funk spinoffs like The Brides of Funkenstein. That's just the short list of artists he's worked with.

Kush is not only just a talent - he is a warm and loving, oh yeah, and inspirational individual. He keeps on making his music passionately despite some health challenges that he's faced with. Y'all better recognize the musical truths of Richard Kush Griffith. Raw unfiltered, but crisp and slickly produced all at once - R&B and blues tunes came through on Kush's last project "Blues and Rhythm". Next up, his "Funk Mediocre" project - real deal funk, R&B.
