Toledo native Kyle White is a third generation musician. Playing with various cover bands , acoustic duos/trios, and solo, she has been a staple of the Toledo music scene for the past 11 years. Kyle has performed in numerous venues in Toledo, Put-in-Bay, Indiana, and Northern Michigan. She has also played shows in Portland, OR, Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, and Amsterdam, NL. As an established vocalist and guitarist, Kyle started the journey of a songwriter 5 years ago, releasing her first full length studio album “Blue holes in the Gray Sky” in late December, 2007. She is currently writing and recording her 2nd CD. In the January 2008 Toledo City paper “Best of Toledo” issue, Kyle was voted by the public as runner up for best singer in Toledo and rising star. As a solo performer Kyle plays a wide range of covers from folk to pop to rock to bluegrass, along with her original songs. She also performs with local cover/variety band Johnny Rocker and the Hitmen for occasional special events.

“One beautiful girl, One acoustic guitar, One amazing voice. Dozens of lyrically complex songs. Put these all together and you have one unforgettable performer – Toledo’s Ms. Kyle White. Ms. White’s simple formula of girl-and-a-guitar produces some truly breathtaking results, as evidenced by haunting songs like “wish” and “twenty eight” (Blue holes in the Gray sky), but she’s not afraid to rock out either.” – The Toledo City Paper - Dec. 26, 2007.

Oooooooh this is a good day indeed!!!!! Nov. 12th. one of my favorite days.....
Could it be,,,
1, Cuz on this day I fell from the second story of the barn, landed on the disc plow [picture plates set on their side yet very sharp, now picture 80 of them in the shape of a bed towed behind a tractor to turn the soil]???? And though I was quite bloody, and screamed like a little girl,,nothing more than that..
2, That, while I was digging for a water line leak on the farm, the sum pump had a an electrical short and I was in a water filled hole,,, about 5 ft. deep. and thought It felt a bit funny,, yet I was listening to Falco [always feel funny while playing Falco]and passed it off as nothing, till hundreds of earth worms scurried from their holes rolled around and died.. Then it dawned on me Hmmmmmmmm???? I should do a quick sweeper cord pull from the socket...
Nope, none of these happened on the 12th of Nov.
But it's a good day anyway.....
