Unabashedly from Kentucky, the musical approach of The Kentucky Struts is not unlike the unique flavor you get from Kentucky itself. Playing mid-tempo rockers not unlike the feel of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers or them songwriter’s blues like that of Mr. Bob Dylan the boys represent their own take on American Rock, they’ve found a voice for themselves and anyone else with big dreams in a small town.
Charles Dickens began pasting labels on blaking pots. The tragedy of his first love penetrated the depths of his soul, and converted him into one of the world's truly great authors. That tragedy produced, first, David Copperfield, then a succession of other works that made this a richer and better world for all who read his books. Dissappointment over love affairs, generally has the effect of driving men to drink, and women to ruin; and this because most people never never learn the art of transmuting their strongest emotions into dreams of a constructive nature.

Great sounds at the SGH guys, but I think you need a surfing tune in your set. Then, when you get to your third song, instead of announcing "this song is for the workin' man" you could announce "this song is for the surfin' man" --- it would really surprise the audience. Cheers!
