La Caina : c'est la fusion artistique et émotionnelle d'un musicien, guitariste, compositeur et producteur et de sa fille chanteuse et auteur.
La Caina est sous contrat depuis 2006 avec Café Del Mar, le plus gros label international de musique Lounge/Chill Out.
Jean Pierre Plisson, guitariste professionnel, a visité de nombreux styles musicaux (du Blues au jazz en passant par le pop-rock, le jazz-rock et la fusion). Son long parcours comme leader et compositeur dans son propre groupe «OXO», puis accompagnateur de vedettes et membre de formations musicales prestigieuses , lui a permis de se constituer un panel d'amis parmi les meilleurs musiciens de la scène française que l'on retrouve aujourd'hui dans les compositions de La Caina.
Maxime Plisson, jeune chanteuse percussionniste, a pour elle son charme et sa curiosité.
Très tôt passionnée par le jazz et les musiques du monde, elle part vivre aux Etats-Unis puis au Mexique où elle parfait sa maîtrise des langues.
Elle intègre en 2000 le combo de Salsa Sandunga Latina avec lequel elle enregistre le disque "Salsa y ritmo calliente". Aux côtés de Patrice Banchereau, elle travaille la musique afro-cubaine pendant 3 ans au sein du groupe Batakin et s’enrichie de centaines de chants. Elle part pour Cuba pour se noyer un temps dans le bouillon rugissant de la rumba havanaise.
Deux séjours en Inde vont encore élargir son univers musical.
Elle se produit également dans de nombreux clubs de jazz parisiens et au célèbre "Moulin Rouge".

Jean Pierre Plisson,as a professional guitar player, has explored many music styles (from Blues to Jazz, as well as Pop-Rock, Jazz-Rock and Fusion). His long career journey as band leader and music writer within his own group «OXO», has given him the opportunity to play with leading stars and members of prestigious bands, leading him to build many friendships with some of the best French musicians, which is now reflected in La Caina’s music.
Maxime Plisson, a young singer and percussionist, has her own charm and individuality.
From an early age, Maxime developed a passion for Jazz and World Music. She moved to the United States then Mexico, where she honed her language skills.
In 2000, she joined the Salsa band Sandunga Latina and recorded the album “Salsa y ritmo calliente”. Alongside Patrice Banchereau, she worked on Afro-Cuban styles for 3 years within the group Batakin and learnt hundreds of songs. She then moved onto Cuba to get fully immersed into the spirit of the red hot Rumba Habana.
Two more trips to India broadened further her musical universe.
She also perform in several Parisian Jazz Clubs and in the famous "Moulin Rouge"
