C'est au cours de l'année 1993, à Taverny, banlieues nord Parisienne, France, que le LOCO Rodriguez donne naissance à LA CASA DEL PHONKY. En compagnie de jeunes artistes de sa zone, il travaille sur de nombreux titres, enregistre plusieurs démos et laisse un premier impact discographic. L'année suivante, ils seront aux cotés de la "Section Balistique" pour sortir le EP "Spanish LAB", signé en licence chez Crash Disques. Ils confirmeront, avec ce EP leur penchant Hardcore et leurs phrasés en Espagnol. Loco continue son chemin en Independant et présente un nouveau single Vynil, sur son Label Inde, CASA PHONK MUSIC. Il rencontre l'équipe de Street wear "Cumpaz" et travail ensemble sur la sortie du premier album de LA CASA DEL PHONKY (Entra en la casa), en licence sur le label Onorata.
****NO HAY TREGUA... Après la sortie du premier album de LA CASA DEL PHONKY, Loco produit une série de CD-mix et officializes son Label, CASA PHONK MUSIC. Epaulé du rappeur iL Capo Bastuni et du groupe Uzitalri, 2005 sera l'année de l'installation de nombreux projets, individuel et commun. The following year, they will be at the side from the "Section Ballistic", to leave the EP "Spanish Lab", signed in licence at Crash Disques Label. They will confirm, with this EP their key hardcore and their phrased into Spanish. Loco carries on its way in Independant and presents a new Vynil single, on its Indie label, CASA PHONK MUSIC. It meets the street wear "Cumpaz" team and works together on the exit of the first album of CASA DEL PHONKY (entra en la casa), in licence at Onorata Label.
