About Chrissy:
Chrissy recently released RELENTLESS on the LA Fashion and Music label. Chrissy's music is currently being played on music shows worldwide, so check her out! Don't be fooled by the baby face, Chrissy is a resourceful and self proclaimed "Jill of all trades", who has been singing, dancing, and acting since she was a tiny tot, although singing was the love that obviously won out. She hails from the land of the cows in the heart of Amish Paradise outside of Philly, although she resided a hefty portion of her childhood working in NYC and Jersey. Needless to say, she considers herself an NYC girl that somehow made her way up to Boston, Mass to hook up with platinum producers Dow Brain and Brad Young of Underground Productions. Chrissy's aptly titled powerpop fusion has been played on podcasts and radio shows all over the world, most recently, Japan, Scandinavia, the UK, Greece, NYC, Chicago and L.A. Her songs Real Woman and He Is have been receiving amazing reviews and requests from listeners of 107.5 WKZL in North Carolina and 90.3 WMSC in New Jersey, as well as HOT 92-the Beat of Harrisburg. Chrissy has been recording demos and doing session singing since her childhood and preteens. As of late, she has had some great collaborator's to work with-- Real Woman was co-written and produced by Platinum Producer Dow Brain and Brad Young for Underground Productions (LFO, Aerosmith, Boston, Tracy Bonham). Cowriter Taryn Murphys credits include cowriting/coproducing and singing the theme song in the movie Wisegurls starring MARIAH Carey. Cowriter Deanna Dellacciopa's music has been featured on the MTV reality hit, "Laguna Beach: THE REAL O.C." and Co-writer RICH Cronin was formally part of the platinum hip-hop/pop rock trio LFO. Growing up as a "theatre BRAT", miss Chris has performed at several regional and off Broadway theaters and supper clubs, including the historic Fulton Opera House, The Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre, American Music Theater, First Stage, Ephrata Playhouse in the Park, and Three Little Bakers and has had roles in shows such as ANNIE, Ruthless!, The King & I, Evita, South Pacific, Annie Warbucks, The Nutcracker, Babes in Toyland, Cinderella, Flower Drum Song, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Christy-the musical, and Les Mis, just to name a few. She has modeled for Sears and Macys and has appeared in local commercials, television shows and industrials such as PopStars 2, Star Search 2000, Al Albert's Showcase and was a regular cast member of "Pete's Place", a children's variety/comedy show. She's participated in numerous pageants and competitions over the years, including Star Power and Showbiz. In addition to that, she has appeared in many children's instructional dance videos, pilots, etc. Chris has won several vocal scholarships to the prestigious Pennsylvania Academy of Music, and has training in classical, broadway and all pop styles of singing. She was also nominated for "Star Shine Magazine's 'Artist of the Year 2004'" and she was also Jam Studio Inc's "Artist of the Month" for March 2005! She has taken dance at Koresh Dance Center in Philadelphia, as well as the Broadway Dance Center. She has training in tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, gymnastics, belly dance, hip-hop, martial arts, voice and acting. She was in all of her high school's Pennsylvania Music Educator's Association award winning audition groups including, vocal ensemble, chamber choir, glee club, gospel choir and mixed chorus. She spent four years attending Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and will be continuing her education at Central Penn. University. She loves volunteering her time, and has heavily been involved with the Girl Scouts, and various after school programs/camps that support the arts through out the years. She also spent a great part her toddler, childhood and teen years performing at retirement homes and various shelters through out the east coast. Chrissy has recently released "Relentless" which is available via several of the online digital music stores, including AOL Music Now, Yahoo Music Unlimited, EMusic, Napster, Virgin Digital, HMV Digital, MSN Music and many more worldwide!
