The second album is always the hardest.
That's what they say anyways.
First you offer up something hard-hitting; many years' sweat and creativity compressed onto one disc and then, well, either you sore to the next level or you just fall short, laurels and all.
Great audience, exciting lineup, friendly ambiance in the middle of nowhere between borders, a solid location, and euphoric feedback from all sides—2008 did indeed set the bar pretty high. Even better the second time around?
Now la pampa is back in the studio to keep “Experiment 2008” rolling steadily along in 2009. The first bands are signed and eventually the whole bunch will perform live from July 10-12, 2009. We’ll keep what‘s good, we’ll change what could have been better. In the end, the band is still learning their instruments.
One can hear the whispers behind closed doors: they want to become more European, “cosmopolitan” in the good way, and with all the help of the neighbors. Openly looking to the left and right of the spectrum without surrendering to the average. The restless energy is hard to contain. Somehow everyone wants to play their part first.
The second album is always the hardest, how true it is. In the best case, it only heightens the euphoria that the first LP brought to the recipient, entering him or her into a deep connection with the music, the entire work of art, and a benevolent anticipation of the things to come.
Without listeners there is no music. Pampanauts of Europe, unite!

die band heißt NIILA... die songs gehen meiner meinung nach steil. im diesen jahr waren sie ebenfalls beim rocken am brocken mit am start und haben sich in die herzen gespielt!

Nowy utwór już od poniedziałku na naszym profilu! Wyjątkowy z tego względu, że w całości w języku polskim . Tradycyjnie opowiada o słodko-gorzkiej miłości, ale oprócz tego idealnie nadaje się na to nasze słoneczno- deszczowe lato.
die lange anfahrt zum la pampa hat sich für mich mehr als gelohnt, glücklich und zufrieden bin ich jetzt wieder zuhause im münsterland. danke, für das wahrscheinlich schönste wochenende in diesem sommer.

am Freitag geht's auf in die Ferien in die Pampa. AN HEART IS AN AIRPORT hat nostraNOTWIST mal gesagt weil nicht nur am GARDAsee kann man schön feiern. So werden wir uns fühlen wie PORTUGAL THE MAN und DER TANTE RENATE in Frankreich. JA, PANIK wollen wir keine auch wenn Petrus +/- {PLUS/MINUS} Wetter angesagt hat und's CLICKCLICKDECKER machen sollte aus allen Wolken. Dann machen wir einfach unser VIERKANTREITLAGER unterm PAVILION M2 & trinken uns SCHACHMATT im ETUI .... BIS MORGEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
