Sounds Like
A choir of one coughing in a forest. A duo fighting and loving. A band of multi-tasking miscreants.
Experimenting
with a cast of jazz stars on guitar, organ, bass, and drums, Leah Abramson writes songs in East Vancouver, sings with her electric and acoustic guitars, and attempts to not take herself too seriously, sometimes succeeding in doing so.
When she is not writing, touring, singing on records or performing solo and with her old-time band, Dyad, she is joining new bands, watching movies in her bedroom and trying not to be a hermit. Leah released her first full-length album, Bedroom/City, in 2006 on Copperspine Records, and is available to download from iTunes Canada, also through Copperspine.com! New Abramson Singers album to be released in January 2010!!
