   About Leigh Gregory
Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist of the electric San Francisco-based band Mellow Drunk, Leigh Gregory also performs and records acoustic music and has recorded two solo acoustic CDs: "Rest Your Weary Head" (Green Fuse 2003/2009) and "Rainy Season Never Ends" (Green Fuse/Vollwert-Records Berlin 2007/2009). Of late Leigh is working on a third solo acoustic CD tentatively entitled "From A Flat Inside the Fog." In March 2009 Leigh finished up his long awaited concept recording "1973." "1973" tells the story of Luke, a teenager growing up in the year 1973. The CD is a song cycle with the twelve songs taking the listener though the twelve months of the year. The CD will be officially released in August 2009. In his spare time Leigh also occasionally fronts another project called Memory's Mystic Band which, along with Leigh on guitar, features Stephen Cavoretto on Hammond organ, Sean DeGaetano on drums, Darcy Vaughn on viola and Ville Vilpponen on bass.

Hello, I hope you are having a great Sunday and relaxing weekend.  It is not that nice here - dull and cold, well I am cold at least.  Not doing a lot today just chilling on the computer and watching a bit of telly.  I hope you are ok.  Take care and hope to hear from you soon.

"1973" is perfect! Leaping from Moody Blues, to Big Star, to Bowie, Dylan...What more could a lover of early 70's music want?

I guess I sent you the wrong address...Oregon Street is where I work...Oops! At least I got it!

I hope you had a great trip!

Paul

P.S. GREAT T. Rex cover! One of my favorite Bolan tunes!
