It's a LGBT event, although it's hetero-friendly
It's a initiative organized by ,Entre Vírgulas, - the company has concerts and events’ production as its main activity, as well as being the exclusive agent of Brazilian artists, divulging its booked artists and managing their careers in Portugal (Continent and Islands).
This was organized in order to fulfill a void for this kind of LGBT event in the city of Lisbon.
It was the first LGBT/Hetero-friendly party to be openly divulged, through outdoor posters and flyers, distributed in Lisbon and Oporto.
Lesboa Party is already considered part of Lisbon's cultural and social life, always managing to attract and please it's main audience.
We want to organize such an event every three months.
The place for the events is always carefully selected: either for the view or the infrastructure (palaces, monasteries, etc)
In the first edition, held on September 30th 2006, we had an audience of 1.500 people.
2nd edition, held on December 2nd 2006, although a little bit less, had an audience of 1.200 people.
3rd edition, held on February 17th 2007, a theme party, due to Carnival festivities, had an audience of 1.700 people.
4th edition, held on May 5th 2007, had an audience of 1.600 people. Special guest(s): EZgirl (DJ set) featuring Amy Ziff (from Betty).
5th edition, special Summer, held on June 30th 2007, had an audience of 900 people. A day and night party concept with 13 hours of (non-stop) music.
6th edition, special 1st Anniversary, held on September 28th 2007, had an audience of 1.600 people. Celebration of the Portuguese most popular LGBT/hetero-friendly party (with a sponsored open bar by HEINEKEN).
7th edition, held on February 4th 2008, a theme party, due to Carnival festivities, had an audience of 1.100 people. Live opening show by Samba de Rainha (Brazil), an exclusively female band.
8th Lesboa Party, Limited Edition for just 800 people, was held on May 24th 2008. Live opening show by Trash Pour 4 (Brazil). DJs: Raquel Kraft; Disco Balearica Cosmica (feat. VJ John Holmes) and DJ Hugo Santana.
9th edition, 2nd Anniversary, Best Of edition, held on October 3rd 2008, had an audience of 1.600 people. Celebration party with female DJs (Raquel Kraft, Mariana Couto, Rita Zukt and Tânia Pascoal) providing the dance music.
1st Réveillon edition! An Alternative New Years Party at Pavilhão de Exposições of Instituto Superior de Agronomia (ISA), Tapada da Ajuda, Lisbon, held on December 31th 2008.
11th edition, held on February 21th 2009, a theme party, due to Carnival festivities, had an audience of 1.300 people.
12th edition, held on May 2nd 2009, had an audience of 800 people. Lesboa Party presented the GIRLIE CIRCUIT PRE-PARTY, at Espaço Karnart in Lisbon. Guests DJ Lydia Sanz (Matinée Group) and Tânia Pascoal assured the success of another LESBOA PARTY.
Through these numbers we can estimate a medium rate for each party, which only proves the visibility of this event.
In December 2006, the new format of Lesboa Party, in it’s 2nd edition, starts hosting a live opening show, along with live sets from nationally and internationally renowned DJs.

Some comments: Ronald van Norden (Eminor, Tracer, Tight Lipped): Definitely the best EP I've heard of BMM! Good work! Carsten Rausch: I really like Mario Plaza - Vocal Sense. All Mixes are nice, but the Original Mix is my fav. Full support for that one! Dave James: Vocal sense is cool, hypnotic mix is my fave. Galuszka: The original starts chunky and gets funky, a nice groove. The remixes by Luis Noic take it minimal. The Hipnotic remix revisits some classic techno sounds, love it. The Reddman: The Vocal Sense Track was very smooth. It was one of those tracks that make you want to just stand in front of the speaker, close your eyes and let the music take you on a trip to somewhere deep within your own mind. M.O.D.E.: Luis Noic on vocal sense is great. Marc Fuccio (Fresh DJS): Favourite mix is Luis Noic Hypnotic remix. Deep sounds with brilliant production. BMM 33 Tantrum Light LSD Island EP with the remixes of Paul Hunter, Da Trash & Zimaleto Genre: Minimal, Techno, Tech-House.
Some comments: Carsten Rausch: The Da Trash Remix is a cool piece of percussive Techno. I will definetely play that. Dave James: Yeh I like the original trippy vocals. Galuszka: Tantrum Light offers a track that is straight up techno. The mood of the original mix is very Terminator 2 (Judgment Day) in its vocal work and sound choice. The remixes of this project ad funk, especially the Da Trash remix with it's rolling quality. Bodgan Taran: I just love the melody on Zimaleto remix of LSD Island. The Reddman: I listened all the remixes and was very impressed! I have to say I just loved the Paul Hunter remix of the LSD Island track. There was something about it that just kept the groove going for me. Moog Conspiracy (Elektrotribe / Buena Onda): I ll play Tantrum light - Da Trash remix. Marc Fuccio (Fresh DJS): Favoutite mix is Paul Hunter remix. Wicked groove of a bass line that instantly got me to my feet. Great production and construction.
