can be described in one word: Wow. After the somewhat surreal press hullabaloo in which Lez was confused with Led, the band arrived in Manchester, TN, to the most wonderful reception we could have imagined. We headlined opening night, playing to a crowd of 20,000 or so of the most incredible and energetic people, who urged us on again for an encore, which we know is rare in a festival environment. It was a dream-like moment for all of us, and we're grateful to the organizers and to everyone who came out with open ears -- skeptical or not! Thanks to them, there was Zeppelin at Bonnaroo... For those who couldn't make it, our official archivist, the intrepid, camera-wielding Ms. McLellan, here are a few glimpses into what it was like from where we were standing onstage:
Man this totally sucks ass that i cant go to you're concert when you're in vegas because i'm 20 and the shows are all over 21 shows. thats sad!!! man i hate being 20
you ladies are amazing. i will have to come to pittsburgh to see you in september. hopefully ill get the chance to talk to you or something. that would be amazingg.
Honestly, the more I listen to your music, the more amazed I am. About the only difference between ya'll and the original Zep is that the names are different!
