    LIARS' LEAGUE's Interests
GeneralSUBMISSIONS AND AUDITIONS

Actors need to be:

1. London-based and confident at prose reading, with good projection

2. Good at doing accents other than their own

3. Willing to work for love (and possibly beer)

IMPORTANT: Accepting a place in the Liars' League company and performing for us implies permission to upload an audio recording of your reading onto MySpace so that everyone can hear your brilliance. If this is an issue just email and we're happy to discuss.

MusicWriters need to be:

1. Anyone from anywhere. Liars’ League encourages diversity and wants to see authors and voices from all over the place – it’s more interesting that way.

2. Willing to have your name and the text of your story up on the site, as well as an audio recording of the reading up on Liars' League Listen, if you win.

3. Talented and interesting. Show us what you’ve got!

IMPORTANT: Submitting your work to Liars' League implies permission to upload a text version and an audio recording of your story onto MySpace so that everyone can enjoy it. If this is an issue just email and we're happy to discuss.

MoviesStories need to be:

1. Unpublished, unbroadcast, and not a prizewinner in any previous competition.

2. Between 800-2000 words long. (NB Exceptions may occasionally be made to include very good stories of 2000-2500 words, but please in the first instance try to cut it. Longer work has to be first-class to get in).

3. Submitted to liarsleague@yahoo.co.uk by midnight three Fridays before the date of the reading it’s meant for; e.g. a submission for Tuesday August 14 (Home & Abroad) needs to be in by Friday July 27. (It’s not as complicated as it sounds, honest).

4. (Preferably) attached as an MS Word document page-numbered, with title and author name on each page - or, if you must, pasted into the body of your email. Please put the story title, the month and the theme in the subject header.

5. A prose short story. This means no poetry, no scripts, no non-fiction. We’ll look at novel extracts, but only if they work as stand-alone pieces.

TelevisionAnd finally:

1. Please submit no more than ONE story per theme. This is for reading-time reasons.

2. Please don’t resubmit any story we have previously rejected, however much it has changed.

3. Please don’t be discouraged. We really want to see your work – so send it in!

BooksShort stories
HeroesAnyone who ever actually finishes the novel they're writing.

Hi there,
I’m a lead male singer from Treviso, ITALY, and would like to relocate to the UK. I've won many music competitions in Italy. I am looking for a roommate who has the same interests and can help me. I’m 34, easy going, and open minded. Please let me know if you know any talented musicians in the UK? I am interested in collaborating and starting new and exciting projects where we can all benefit from our mutual talents.

Do you want see what I look like, and listen to my music? Why not go to www. myspace. com/kemjo74 to hear my music! When you enter my site, be sure to listen to my new hit-track "I SWEAR" . It will be released at the beginning of March in Italy, and will be distributed throughout Europe as part of Joy di Maggio’s album, "THE SOUND OF MANIA". Let me know what you think about it.......Thank You!!!
