LIFELINE
I may be the only one who feels that biographies and band introductions tend to be clich filled and are often less than informative. I am interested in the foundations that constitute any band worth its salt song caliber, musicianship, and the quality of their live performances. LIFELINE has four gifted artists that fit the bill. These musicians have created a sound that is original with English and Spanish vocals. Rock with a hard-core Rap sound, Dub style, Funk and Punk Rock; all which reflects their West Coast roots that have never changed since the beginning.
LIFELINE possesses a unique dynamic of talent and creativity. They have a musical kinship, so to speak, which is clearly the result of years of growing up in Southern California and the relentless pursuit of creating the soundtrack for the lifestyle that exists there. Patrick (Bass), Robert (Vocals), King (Guitar), Heemok (Guitar), Momo (Guitar), K9 (Beatbox) and Rodney (Drums) are perfect musical counterparts complementing each other in the realm of electric and acoustic rock, reggae, dub, blues, hip-hop, punk, funk and metal. LIFELINE came together from years of touring and has now graduated from the school of hard knocks. Every member possesses the talent, desire, consistency, and hard-core lifestyle that has taken LIFELINE to where they are today.
LIFELINE has already made a strong name and marketing presence within the music industry. Members of the band have performed with world renown acts such as NO DOUBT, PENNYWISE, SUBLIME, THE AQUABATS, REEL BIG FISH, 311, MXPX, TOO RUDE, UNWRITTEN LAW, KOTTONMOUTH KINGS, D.I., 420 BAND, COMMONE SENSE and CYPRESS HILL. Members of the band have also performed in venues throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada including the HOUSE OF BLUES, THE WHISKEY, THE ROXY, JOKER 318, CARLOS O'BRIANS, SENOR FROGS, THE COLLAGE, PUERTO VALLARTAS MALECON, HARD ROCK CAFE, GALLAGHERS, THE BIG FISH PUB, CHAIN REACTION, THE GLASS HOUSE, THE GALAXY, THE GROVE, & THE HUSTLER CLUB.
LIFELINE's shows have attracted a legion of fans, attendance can be anywhere from 200 to 1,000 strong.
LIFELINE has just completed the first full length Album "WELCOME TO THE FAMILY" which will be available to you on Itunes & stores throughout the U.S.
Personally, my taste is versatile and broad enough to span 3 decades, however, the bands, which move into my particular forefront, are all linked by ONE common denominator, regardless of the style or Berathe quality of their SONGS. Avid music lovers would all agree that the reason their personal favorites are indeed is simple the songs. Bands arent able to hang around a decade or more becoming your favorites if they churn out uninspired, mediocre songs. Longevity is the measuring stick and those capable of crafting a song are usually able to weather the trends and changes that inevitably keep rock-n-roll fresh and on the cutting edge.
