About me: Chris "Lights Out" Lytle. Indianapolis fire fighter and MMA/UFC veteran. Also 13-1-1 as a pro boxer. Thanks for stopping by my page.
Sorry for the long delay in updating the page. While training for my fight with Carlos Condit, which was scheduled for September 16th, I sustained an injury during training that landed me into surgery. Turns out, years of fighting and training have taken their toll and my meniscus was torn and my ACL damaged. Surgery went well, but I am unfortunately under Doctor's orders to stay out of the gym for 6-8 months. I will update my progress to my return to the octagon periodically. Thanks for the fan support!
Don't forget to support the local shows, especially the United Fight League. If you're interested in training with Integrated Fighting, drop me a line and I'll get someone in contact with you. Many thanks to all my fans, sponsors and training partners for all the support. A BIG THANKS to my supporters at Elevated Impact and Original Hardcore MMA for always looking out for me.

Hey Lytle, thanks for the add. You've been one of my favorite fighters for years now! You always come to bring it and give the fans a great show, and I for one appreciate it.
Looking forward to your fight with Koscheck next month, I'll be there live to see it. Hopefully I'll be able to meet you in person sometime over that weekend.
