Who I'd like to meet:
November Reads
The Gladiator
by Carla Capshaw
He won his fame—and his freedom—in the gory pits of Rome's Colosseum. Yet the greatest challenge for once-legendary gladiator Caros Viriathos comes to him through a slave. His slave, the beautiful and mysterious Pelonia Valeria. Her secret brings danger to his household but offers Caros a love like he's never known….
Should anyone learn she is a Christian, Pelonia will be executed. Her faith threatens not only herself, but her master. Can she convince a man who found fame through unforgiving brutality to show mercy? And when she's ultimately given the choice, will Pelonia choose freedom or the love of a gladiator?
Gingham Bride
by Jillian Hart
Fiona O'Rourke doesn't believe in love—and certainly not in a marriage arranged by her cruel father. And even if her unexpected betrothed seems honorable and kind, can she trust his motives…or the attraction between them?
Ian McPherson came to Montana to salvage his family's dwindling fortune, not to take a wife. But he's instantly drawn to Fiona. He wants to protect her—even if that means pretending that they're engaged. In a season of surprises and miracles, there's nothing he won't give to show Fiona his love is for always.

I cannot change the way I am,
I never really try,
God made me different and unique,
I never ask him why.
If I appear peculiar,
There's nothing I can do,
You must accept me as I am,
As I've accepted you.
God made a casting of each life,
Then threw the mold away,
Each child is different from the rest,
Unlike as night from day.
So often we will criticize,
The things that others do,
But, do you know, they do not think,
The same as me and you.
So God in all his wisdom,
Who knows us all by name,
He didn't want us to be bored,
That's why we're not the same

The problem with many of us is that we don't believe that God will open a window and pour out blessings that we won't have enough room to receive them. I dare anyone to try God. He is true to His Word. God cannot lie and His promises are sure. Three things will happen to you this coming week:
(1) You will find favour with someone you don't expect;
(2) You will be too relevant to be ignored;
(3) You will encounter God and you will never remain the same.
My prayer for you today:
The eyes beholding this message shall not behold evil, the hands that will send this message to others shall not labour in vain, the mouth saying Amen to this prayer shall laugh forever. Remain in God's love as you send this prayer to everybody on your list. Have a lovely journey of life! Trust in the Lord with all your heart and He will never fail you because He is AWESOME!
If you truly need a blessing, continue reading this email:
Heavenly Father, most Gracious, and Loving God, I pray to you that you abundantly bless my family and me. I know that you recognize, that a family is more than just a mother, father, sister, brother, husband and wife, but all who believe and trust in You. Father, I send up a prayer request for blessings for not only the person who sent this to me, but for me and all that I have forwarded this message on to. And that the power of joined prayer by those who believe and trust in You is more powerful than anything. I thank You in advance for Your blessings.
Father God, deliver the person reading this right now from debt and debt's burdens. Release Your Godly wisdom that I may be a good steward over all that You have given me Father, for I know how wonderful and mighty You are and how if we just obey Y

work on time.
Every day he was 5, 10, 15 minutes late. But he was a good worker,
really tidy, clean shaven, sharp minded and a real credit to the company
and obviously demonstrating their 'Older Person Friendly'policies.
One day the boss called him into the office for a talk. 'Harry, I have to tell you, I like your work ethic, you do a bang up
'Yes, I know, boss, and I am working on it.'
'Well good, you are a team player. That's what I like to hear. It's odd though, your coming in late.
I know you're retired from the Armed Forces. What did they say if you
came in late there?'
'They said; 'Good morning, General, coffee this morning

OH GOD, WHO MADE THE SUMMER
AND WARMED THE EARTH WITH BEAUTY,
WARM OUR HEARTS WITH GRATITUDE
AND DEVOTION TO OUR DUTY,
FOR IN THIS AGE OF VIOLENCE,
REBELLION AND DEFIANCE
WE'VE FORGOTTON THIS TRUE MEANING OF
"DEPENDABLE RELIANCE"
WE HAVE LOST OUR SENSE OF DUTY
AND OUR SENSE OF VALVES,TOO
AND WHAT WAS ONCE UNSANCTIONED.
NO LONGER IS TABOO,
OUR STANDARDS HAVE BEEN LOWERED
AND WE RESIST ALL DISCIPLINE,
AND OUR VISION HAS BEEN NARROWED
AND BLINDED TO ALL SIN
OH PUT THE SUMMER BRIGHTNESS
IN OUR CLOSED, UNSEEING EYES
SO IN THE CAREWORN FACES
THAT WE PASS WE'LL RECOGNIZE
THE HEARTBREAK AND THE LONELINESS,
THE TROUBLE AND DESPRAIR
THAT A WORD OF UNDERSTANDING
WOULD MAKE EASIER TO BEAR-
OH, GOD, LOOK DOWN ON OUR COLD HEARTS
AND WARMS THEM WITH YOUR LOVE,
AND GRANT US YOUR FORGIVENESS
WHICH WE'RE SO UNWORTHY OF .

A 5-year-old boy went to visit his grandmother one day. Playing with his toys in her bedroom while grandma was dusting, he looked up and said, 'Grandma, how come you don't have a boyfriend now that Grandpa went to heaven?'
Grandma replied, 'Honey, my TV is my boyfriend. I can sit in my bedroom and watch it all day long. The religious programs make me feel good and the comedies make me laugh. I'm happy with my TV as my boyfriend.'
Grandma turned on the TV, and the reception was terrible. She started adjusting the knobs, trying to get the picture in focus. Frustrated, she started hitting the backside of the TV hoping to fix the problem.
The little boy heard the doorbell ring, so he hurried to open the door and there stood Grandma's minister. The minister said, 'Hello son, is your Grandma home?'
The little boy replied, 'Yeah, she's in the bedroom bangin' her boyfriend.'
The minister fainted.
Hello,
Hope you are doing fine.God Bless You and keep you safe.Happy Easter !
