Like Claws! is Zack Bolotin and Jason Clackley. Zack was playing most of these songs at acoustic shows and with a different drummer. They went on two West Coast tours and played together for about a year until last winter when Jason joined. Since January, the band has been on a few tours from Seattle to Austin, Texas. These songs are sometimes played pretty quietly and sometimes louder.

Saturday shall be amaaaaazing. I think a handful of "nwpb"-ers will show up. I've never seen them live but I've heard they're one of the best live bands! EXCITEMENT!

I didn't realize what an exhausting few weeks you've been having! Chris told me you were the only employee!!?? That's too hardcore, Zack. Too hardcore. I may go on Friday, I haven't got a return ride figured out yet. I may leave early to figure bus routes into the equation if I go. There are so many bands playing that night! I'll be at the Weakerthans for sure, though! We'll hang out one of these days...

i hope to be up in the great northwest come september. i'm hoping to get to the north west music fest in pdx and then take a jaunt up to seattle too. and i can't wait to check out the new shop!
