My name is Lisa Miller a.k.a ~*SHE-RA*~ I am a top ranked professional Bench Presser and compete all over the USA mainly in the WABDL.
I do attend state APF/AAPF and SLP Meets for practice,fun and personal PR's since I hold these state records as well. I'm currently the AWPC World Record Holder, AAPF World Record Holder, and The WABDL World Record Holder! We travel a lot and enjoy doing it. I train out of a few gyms in the Chicago land area Lances Gym in Bridgeport, Quads, and X Sport Fitness in Chicago Ridge. I also hold the biggest female bench in the state of Illinois.
I have so far accomplished to be the first female in the WABDL to bench over 400+ and get a max record bench of 451.lb
YOU'VE GOT TO GET THE STAGE IN LIFE WHERE GOING FOR IT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WINNING OR LOSING.THE PAST IS A GHOST, THE FUTURE IS A DREAM, AND ALL WE HAVE IS NOW. POWER CONCEDES NOTHING WITH A DEMAND. IT NEVER DID AND IT NEVER WILL. LEADERSHIP SHOULD BE BORN OUT OF THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO WOULD BE AFFECTED BY IT.
