About me:

I'm slowly finding my place in this little world. My boyfriend means absolutely everything to me. I never wanted to grow up and sometimes I still don't. Music has been my best friend through tough times. I love learning and I'm especially interested in art, politics, and history. I owe Marilyn Manson a lot because I found many things through him. He's probably taught me more than anyone else has or ever will. Hole (Courtney Love’s band) has been a big influence on my life as well. They introduced me to so many things I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. I like to read about people like Napoleon Bonaparte, Edie Sedgwick, and Salvador Dali. I don't think I'd ever want to be like them but I find their lives interesting. If I wanted to be like anyone I guess I'd want to be like Milla Jovovich, Louise Brooks or Lee Miller, not exactly like them though. I like tragic love stories, not in a chick-flicky way but more like Hamlet and Ophelia or Sid and Nancy. I think they're more romantic than any "knight in shining armor" fairy tale could ever be. I love old movies, some of my favorites are Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers movies and Marx Brothers movies. Lewis Carroll is my favorite author. I can't sit through a lot of other books all the way through without reading another one at the same time. He actually captures my attention enough that I become totally absorbed. Oscar Wilde is my second favorite just because he's amazing. I collect teapots. I’m obsessed with the moon, I could stare at it forever. I guess that’s enough for now.
